Account Management

Manage your Funshow account, subscriptions, and preferences.

Accessing Your Account

To manage your account settings:

  1. Visit workspace.funshowtech.com
  2. Log in with your Google account
  3. Navigate to your user profile or account center

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Subscription Details

  1. Log in to workspace.funshowtech.com
  2. Go to your user center or account settings
  3. View your current subscription plan and status

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to workspace.funshowtech.com
  2. Navigate to your user center (personal center/account settings)
  3. Find the subscription management section
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription" or similar option
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Important Notes:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You can continue using the service until the subscription expires
  • Your data is preserved even after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Reactivating Your Subscription

To reactivate a canceled subscription:

  1. Log in to workspace.funshowtech.com
  2. Go to your user center
  3. Click "Reactivate" or "Subscribe" to resume service

Account Settings

Updating Account Information

Update your preferences and settings:

  1. Log in to your account at workspace.funshowtech.com
  2. Access user center or account settings
  3. Update your information as needed
  4. Save changes

Language Preferences

Set your preferred interface language:

  1. Access account settings
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. Save changes

Privacy & Data

Data Management

  • Your translations and data are stored securely
  • Access your data anytime through your account
  • Export or delete your data from account settings

Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  1. Contact support at [email protected]
  2. Request account deletion
  3. Confirm your identity
  4. Your account and data will be permanently deleted

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

Can't Access Your Account?

Solutions:

  • Verify you're using the correct Google account
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Contact support for assistance

Subscription Not Showing?

Solutions:

  • Wait 5-10 minutes for activation
  • Log out and log back in
  • Clear browser cache
  • Contact support with your payment confirmation

Need to Update Payment Method?

Solutions:

  1. Log in to workspace.funshowtech.com
  2. Go to your user center
  3. Navigate to billing or payment settings
  4. Update your payment information
